Bulk oils

1- We select the best olives: The first step in creating a good oil is to select the olives. So we only use top-quality olives to make our products.
2- We control the entire process: The next step is pressing: the choicest olives are transported to our olive presses, where specialist staff clean and press them at just the right temperature. They are then analysed and classified according to their features and qualities.
3- We arrange and monitor transport: The oil is transported from the presses to the storage centres in the most modern bulk liquid carriers. Once they reach our facilities, the different oils are analysed a second time to ensure that their properties remain unchanged.
4- We store the oil correctly: Finally, each type of oil is stored in a separate tank, which allows us to keep the oil at a controlled temperature until it is produced in accordance with each customer’s specific requests.
5- We control the beginning, middle and end of the process: During preparation for despatch, the oils, which had already been analysed in previous stages, are analysed again to ensure they meet all of the customer’s specifications.
