EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL, VARIETY AND QUALITY.
Our extra virgin olive oils are made from olive varieties from the most important production areas in Spain, always under strict quality control. That is the only way to create a unique oil in terms of taste, smell and quality, with the guarantee of the leading bulk food oil company in Spain.
We offer 5 blends, which can be customised according to each customer’s specific needs.
- South of Spain:
- oil from the picual, hojiblanca and picudo varieties, among others, grown mainly in Andalusia, Castile-La Mancha, Morocco and Tunisia. This extra virgin oil is characterised by its great taste and contrast. The picual variety makes the taste more bitter, picudo makes it sweeter and hojiblanca enriches the flavour with its nuances and vegetable aromas.
- Centre of Spain:
- oil from the centre of Spain, which includes top production areas such as Toledo and Lower Aragon. It includes a lot of varieties, notably empeltre, arbequina, royal and cornicabra. They have a mild, fruity flavour, sweet at first, with hints of apple, almond or exotic fruit, depending on the blend.
- Catalonia Area:
- one of the most important production areas in the entire world. The main variety is arbequina, although depending on the area you can find other varieties such as farga, morrut, sevillenca and verdiell. They are fruit oils with hints of ripe fruit such as apple and almond, and an aroma complemented with nuances of olive and green notes.
- Ideal Special:
- a blend of the best varieties in all of Spain makes our extra virgin olive oil special. An exceptional coupage that blends the best oils from the north and south of Spain with a maximum acidity of 0.5%
- Organic olive oil:
- authentic olive oil made in a totally natural way.
